These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between x30bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the x30bet platform at https://x30bet.cam ("the Website" or "the Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Website or placing any bet or wager, you ("User", "you", "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close any account you may have opened. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement and form part of the binding contract between you and x30bet.

x30bet operates as an English-language information and betting platform resource. The Platform is designed and presented in English for Pakistani players. All content, including these Terms, is written in English and intended to be understood by English-reading users in Pakistan and other jurisdictions where the Platform is accessible.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" / "Website" — The x30bet online betting and casino information platform accessible at https://x30bet.cam, including all associated subdomains, applications and services.
• "Account" — The registered user profile created by a User upon completing the registration process on the Platform.
• "User" / "Player" — Any individual who accesses the Platform, whether registered or not, and in particular any individual who has opened and holds an Account.
• "Bonus" / "Promotion" — Any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback offer, reload bonus, loyalty reward or similar incentive offered by the Platform subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Playthrough" — A multiplier applied to a bonus amount (and/or deposit, depending on terms) specifying the total value of qualifying bets a User must place before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by the Platform before Account activation, withdrawal processing or at any point the Platform deems appropriate for compliance purposes.
• "Funds" / "Balance" — The real-money credit held in a User's Account, excluding any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements.
• "Intellectual Property" — All trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, domain names, software, source code, design elements, written content and other proprietary material owned by or licensed to x30bet.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — Any country, territory or region from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or the Platform's own access controls.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupees, the currency of Pakistan. All minimum/maximum deposit and withdrawal thresholds cited in these Terms in PKR are indicative figures subject to the operator's live cashier settings.

Access to, and use of, the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an Account, you expressly warrant that all of the following conditions are met and continue to be met throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You are at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as may be required by the operator's license jurisdiction or applicable local law. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds.
• Legal capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. You are not subject to any legal disability that prevents you from contracting.
• Jurisdiction compliance: You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so does not violate applicable law. You acknowledge that Pakistan has gambling restrictions including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and that you are solely responsible for determining the legality of accessing the Platform from your location.
• Single account: You will maintain only one Account on the Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
• Own account: You are registering and playing on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• Not a Platform employee: You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor or close family member of any of the foregoing of x30bet or any affiliated entity.
• Accurate information: All information you provide during registration and thereafter is true, complete, accurate and up to date. You will promptly notify the Platform of any changes to your registered information.

The Platform reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons, and to carry out additional verification checks at any stage.

x30bet applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all registered Accounts. KYC verification is mandatory before the Platform will process any withdrawal request, and may also be required before a deposit is accepted or a bonus is credited, at the Platform's discretion.

The following documents may be requested as part of the KYC process. The Platform may request one or more of the following at its discretion:

• Proof of Identity: A valid, government-issued photo identification document — such as a National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence — clearly showing your full legal name, date of birth, photograph and document expiry date.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or similar official document dated within the past three months, showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming ownership of the payment method(s) linked to your Account — for example, a bank statement from HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah, or a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account, as applicable. Submission of payment method documentation does not imply that the relevant payment provider endorses gambling transactions.
• Source of Funds: In cases involving high-value transactions or at the Platform's risk-based discretion, documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds deposited to the Account may be required.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested will result in suspension of withdrawal rights and may ultimately lead to Account closure. The Platform's obligation to return funds in the event of a KYC failure is subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the case.

The following table sets out indicative parameters for deposits on the Platform. All figures are subject to change; Users should verify current limits in the Platform's live cashier at the time of depositing.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The Platform reserves the right to return a deposit to its source and void any associated activity if a third-party deposit is identified.

The following conditions govern the withdrawal of funds from a User's Account:

• KYC Prerequisite: Full KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed. The Platform will not release funds to an unverified Account.
• Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal threshold applies and is displayed in the Platform's cashier at the time of the request. Indicative figure: PKR 2,000 — verify live.
• Method Matching: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the Platform's source-of-funds compliance obligations.
• Processing Time: Processing times vary by withdrawal method, compliance checks and queue volume. x30bet does not guarantee any specific withdrawal completion time. E-wallet methods may be processed faster than standard bank transfers; however, no speed is guaranteed.
• Bonus Conditions: Funds derived from a bonus may not be withdrawn until any applicable wagering requirement is satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw before completing a wagering requirement may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Right to Withhold: The Platform reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, multi-accounting or other prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.

x30bet offers welcome bonuses and ongoing promotions to eligible registered Users. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific Terms and Conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. In all cases, the following general bonus rules apply:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Users only. Eligibility criteria may include residency, payment method, account status and absence of prior bonus abuse. The Platform reserves the right to exclude any User from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus Per User: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus of the same type may be claimed per User, per household address and per device / IP address.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier, qualifying games and time limit are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the stated period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• No Fake Urgency: x30bet does not use countdown timers, manufactured scarcity claims or guaranteed-win representations in any promotional material. Bonus amounts (e.g., PKR 25,000 welcome bonus) are maximum eligible figures subject to deposit matching ratios and individual terms — they are not guaranteed grants.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through prohibited techniques — including but not limited to hedging bets across accounts, multi-accounting, using prohibited software or placing low-risk bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings and may result in Account closure.
• Amendment / Withdrawal of Promotions: The Platform reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a User has already satisfied the trigger conditions, accrued benefits will be honoured subject to the relevant terms.

The following general rules govern all betting and gaming activity on the Platform. Specific rules for individual sports markets, casino games and other product verticals are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

• Bet Placement: Bets are accepted subject to availability of the market, sufficiency of account funds and the Platform's risk-management controls. The Platform reserves the right to decline, limit or void any bet at its discretion.
• Odds & Market Changes: Odds quoted at the time of bet confirmation are those applied to the bet, subject to any declared "Best Odds Guaranteed" or late-odds-change policy published by the Platform. Markets may be suspended or removed at any time.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void — and the stake returned — in circumstances including: event cancellation, abandonment, manifest pricing error, market integrity concern, or technical platform error. The Platform's decision on voided bets is final.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play markets are subject to additional risk-management controls. Acceptance of in-play bets is not guaranteed. Users acknowledge that live-odds movements are rapid and that the Platform bears no liability for connection delays that may affect bet acceptance.
• Maximum Payout: A maximum payout limit applies per event, per market and per User, as displayed in the Platform's published betting rules. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum payout will be capped at that amount.
• RNG & Game Fairness: Casino games using a Random Number Generator (RNG) are subject to certified RNG protocols. RTP (Return to Player) figures displayed on game information pages are long-run theoretical averages and do not represent guaranteed returns on any individual session.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and/or reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering multiple Accounts (multi-accounting) either alone or in concert with other individuals.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any algorithmic tool to interact with the Platform without written authorisation.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or pricing errors to place bets or extract value outside of normal platform operation.
• Collusion with other Users or with external parties to manipulate outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Any form of money laundering, use of the Platform to process proceeds of unlawful activity, or any activity contrary to applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) legislation.
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name or facilitating third-party payments into or out of your Account.
• Attempting to access, modify or disrupt any part of the Platform's infrastructure, systems or databases.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration, during KYC or at any other stage.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law, using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geo-restrictions.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of x30bet or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit: reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, reverse-engineering, or creation of derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from x30bet.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content will immediately terminate the licence granted to that User and may give rise to legal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x30bet, its directors, officers, employees, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses attributable to telecommunications or internet failures outside the Platform's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate password security or from your own conduct.
• Gambling losses, which by their nature arise from the inherent risk of wagering activity that Users accept voluntarily upon placing bets.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

x30bet is committed to responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity. Access to these tools is available directly from the Account settings panel.

Users who believe their gambling may be causing harm to themselves or others are strongly encouraged to visit the Platform's dedicated Responsible Gambling page for guidance, self-assessment resources and information on independent support organisations.

The Platform does not permit access by minors. Users must be at least 18 years of age — or such higher minimum as required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Being 18 years of age does not make gambling lawful in Pakistan; that determination is governed by applicable Pakistani law.

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or close any Account, and to void any associated bets or bonuses, in the following circumstances (without limitation):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• Suspected fraud, bonus abuse, multi-accounting or collusion.
• Reasonable grounds to believe the Account is being operated by a minor.
• Regulatory or legal obligation requiring the Platform to restrict access.
• User request for self-exclusion submitted via the Platform's responsible-gambling tools.

Upon Account closure, any remaining verified real-money balance (after deducting any bonus funds subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to completion of KYC and any applicable compliance checks.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting the Platform's support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which x30bet holds its operating license, as published on the Platform. This does not affect any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may hold under the laws of your own jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Platform, we encourage you to contact the x30bet support team in the first instance. The Platform operates an internal complaints procedure and will endeavour to resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

x30bet does not claim to be subject to the jurisdiction of any Pakistani court or regulatory body with respect to its gambling operations. Users in Pakistan should seek independent legal advice regarding applicable dispute-resolution mechanisms available to them under Pakistani law.

x30bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, reasonable notice will be provided via a notice published on the Platform, by email to the User's registered email address, or by both means. The date of the most recent amendment is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account as described in Section 13.
